Absolutely! We are located at UG 52, People's Park Complex, Sri Bodhiraja Mawaththa, Colombo 00100. Open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Walk-in customers are always welcome.

Delivery Questions
Yes! We deliver to all 25 districts in Sri Lanka. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. Colombo and suburbs receive next-day delivery for most orders placed before 2PM.
Delivery charges depend on your location and order size. Standard delivery rates apply for most areas. Bulk wholesale orders may qualify for free or discounted delivery. The exact delivery cost is shown at checkout or confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.
Colombo and suburbs: Next day. Other districts: 1–3 business days. Remote areas: 2–5 business days. Bulk orders may take slightly longer. We'll keep you updated via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Payment Questions
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, online card payment and mobile payment options. Wholesale orders can be arranged with payment on invoice. Contact us if you need a specific payment arrangement.
Yes! Cash on delivery is available for most areas in Sri Lanka. This is our most popular payment option. Pay when your order arrives at your door — simple and safe.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items. Items must be in original, unused condition. Contact us via WhatsApp with a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
We're sorry if this happens! Please take a photo and WhatsApp us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Bank transfers may take an additional 1–2 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
